The support hits different when it comes from someone who has walked in your shoes, and knows exactly what you are going through. When they have tried what they are recommending first hand, and can say, hey, if this worked for me, odds are , it may also work for you. That's what you’ll get in this resource guide . . . Not random theories or suggestions, but something that has been tested firsthand by someone who is right there in the struggle with you. I've also put it into creative packaging (everything starts with S for easy remembrance) because I know when you’re in a dark place, and feeling lost, trynna search your brain for all types of answers is way too overwhelming!!!

I would say I did the research so you don't have to.. But I encourage you to do your own research as well! Knowledge is power. That being said, I have spent countless hours researching, reading, conversing with those in the mental health field, as well as others living with this illness.. I've experimented with things research says works, to discover if any of those things would work on me. The steps in this resource guide are the very steps I coach myself through when depression has me in the chokehold, and just getting out of bed now seems impossible . . . there's not a physical or mental therapist that's going to come to my home and help coach me through life’s tasks that have me overwhelmed. The only way I can get through it is to coach myself. These are the research based tools I personally use on myself, on repeat!! It has become almost like a formula for me, and I pray it will serve to be the same for you!

It's one thing to sit and watch videos and take in all the info . . . but when all of that is said and done, how easily will you remember everything you have watched, in order to access it during your time of need! Not easy at all . . . so we’re not just giving you videos to watch, you are also getting printable resources. A quick reference guide of the main modules, another reference guide with the main modules as well as submodules, and even a printable weekly checklist. Now it's easier to go beyond just watching, and transition to actually applying!! Small consistent wins over time can have a major impact on your overall mental health! Lets goooooo!

It's a simple, rinse and repeat resource guide that provides research based tools to help combat depression, and get in the shower. It is designed to help you gently build momentum when you feel low, stuck, or overwhelmed. It’s made for people navigating depression, burnout, or emotional exhaustion.
You will be given a list of the research based tools that I personally use, during moments when getting out of the bed seems impossible. There are 7 main modules, and about 5 sub modules with examples of resources you can utilize, under the main module category. Each main module begins with S, for easy remembrance when you are feeling low. You will be guided through exactly what the specific tool is, and what research says about how it is helpful.. In many instances I tell you the tools that help me the most, give suggestions for ways you can incorporate into your day, and you also receive some suggestions for some of the things that I use personally. Over time, you will discover which tools work best for you, and subsequently develop your own routine that feels right for your needs. You can go at your own pace, and revisit at any time.
